Applied Analysis was retained by the Southern Nevada Home Builders Association to research, analyze and report on the Las Vegas area housing market. The assessment includes an outlook for future demand in the housing market, overall land availability and a review of land designated as Rural Neighborhood Preservation (RNP). The salient findings and conclusions of the analysis are contained in the accompanying report.
