On May 14, 2019, Jeremy Aguero presented the keynote address at the annual Las Vegas Perspective event held at the South Point Hotel and Casino. The presentation addressed the national concern of an upcoming recession and showed that what happens in the national economy matters to our local economy. Mr. Aguero also provided an economy summary of our local economy that including employment growth, population growth and the changing housing market. Mr. Aguero highlighted the state's stable growth over the past few years and discussed the diversity in the area.
