Applied Analysis ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. When you fill out a contact or inquiry form on the Site, we collect the information you submit — such as your name, email address and the content of your message.

Google Analytics 4 anonymizes IP addresses by default. Google does not store or log full IP addresses from GA4 traffic.

4. Google reCAPTCHA

Our contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to protect against spam and abuse. reCAPTCHA is a service provided by Google LLC that analyzes visitor behavior (such as mouse movements and browsing patterns) to determine whether an interaction is human.

By using the contact form, your interactions are subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Google Terms of Service. The information collected by reCAPTCHA is transmitted to Google and used solely for security purposes. We do not have access to or control over the data Google collects through reCAPTCHA.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide requested services
  • Analyze and improve the performance and content of the Site
  • Detect and prevent fraud, spam and security threats

We retain personal information submitted through contact forms for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period thereafter. Analytics data is retained in accordance with Google Analytics' standard data retention settings, which is set to 26 months.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security with regard to the information collected when you interact with the Site.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to individuals under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information.

11. Nevada Residents
