Applied Analysis was engaged to evaluate the potential economic and fiscal impacts of a proposed nationally accredited art museum in Downtown Las Vegas’s Symphony Park. The study focused on the facility’s key attributes, assessed market supply and demand conditions, and included the development of a project pro forma. The analysis quantified the anticipated economic and community impacts during both the development and operational phases. As a result of this analysis, the City of Las Vegas granted the land for the project, with construction slated to begin in 2026 and operations expected to commence by 2028.
