Each year, Applied Analysis measures the full reach of Southern Nevada’s tourism economy. Using the Las Vegas Visitor Profile Study from the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority as a foundation, the analysis captures direct visitor spending and the ripple effects that move through local suppliers and households. The results quantify total economic output, wages and salaries paid and the jobs supported by tourism across the region.
